"AT THE TOP" series - Dubai Tourism / Bloomberg

Bloomberg was commissioned to produce a ten-part series of long-form interviews with senior global business leaders, as part of a major sponsored content partnership with Dubai Tourism.

Each episode was an in-depth, editorially robust conversation, filmed against the backdrop of the city’s most recognisable landmarks.

My Role

As Executive Producer at Bloomberg, I oversaw the production and delivery of the series, including:

  • Developing the editorial framework and format
  • Working closely with Bloomberg anchor Yousef Gamal el-Din on research, interview structure and question development
  • Overseeing production logistics, including flying in dedicated crews from London for each shoot
  • Ensuring each episode was visually anchored to a distinctive Dubai landmark
  • Managing editorial consistency, tone and quality across all episodes

Outcome

The series successfully delivered high-profile executive storytelling within a sponsored framework, reinforcing Dubai’s positioning as a global business destination while maintaining Bloomberg’s editorial standards.

It demonstrated how carefully structured, long-form interviews with senior leaders can serve both commercial objectives and audience expectations for credibility, depth and insight.
